Wickham Fall Conferences

We are looking forward to Fall Conferences!! It's a great time to celebrate all the wonderful things your child is doing at Wickham. Conferences will be 25 minutes long and are being offered in person and via Zoom.

Conferences will be offered on:

November 12th - 3:10 pm - 7:10 pm

November 19th - 7:40 am - 7:10 pm

You are only REQUIRED to meet with your students classroom teacher, other support staff are optional. See below for more information.

1. To log in to PTC Wizard, follow this link: https://app.ptcwizard.com/iccs-wickham

Log in using your Infinite Campus Parent Portal username & password

(If you do not remember your username/password- follow the directions in the section below before moving forward.)

2. Once logged in the first step is to select the conference event you want to schedule conferences in. Click the "Add/Edit Meetings" Button on the Wickham Fall Conferences.

3. Select the "Teachers" button in the top left of your screen and view your students attending Wickham.

4. Click on your student's homeroom teacher and look over the available dates and times for conferences. Choose a date & time that works best for your schedule.

5. After choosing your date/time, click the button in the top right-hand corner that says "Agenda." If you would prefer Zoom please state this in the comment box before moving forward.

Then click "Confirm this agenda" once you are happy with your date/time.

You will receive an email confirmation, as well as see this on PTC Wizard.

Scheduling with a Specials Teacher?

• Scheduling with a Specials Teacher is OPTIONAL- not required. Some of our Specials Teachers are shared between buildings, please check PTC Wizard for their specific schedules- this will allow you to pop-in when their door is open. You may also email them for a quick question instead of signing up for a conference.

Scheduling with our School Counselor?

• If you would like the school counselor to attend your student's upcoming conference or if you would like to schedule a private meeting, please reach out to Ms. Titze via her email: titze.elizabeth@iowacityschools.org

Scheduling with our ELL/Special Education teachers?

• Ms. Curtin-DeLara will attend student conferences with teachers
• Ms. Buline & Ms. Whitters will attend student conferences with teachers

Scheduling with Academic Support/ELP?

• Ms. Puettmann will attend conferences when available based on her two school schedules
• Ms. Polfliet will attend conferences when available based on her two school schedules

If you do not remember your Infinite Campus username or password:

1. Visit the IC Parent Portal Login Page: https://iowacityia.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/iowacity.jsp

2. Click "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password."

3. After using these buttons to reset your password, return to the above steps on PTC Wizard

- Parent's First & Last Name

- Student First & Last Name

- Issue you are having (Locked out, no account, forgot user & pass, etc)

Don't forget to stop by our lost & found table while you're here to check for student's missing items!

We are hosting a scholastic book fair in the library on November 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th. The book fair will be open to all students during the school day and after school; we do this to ensure that every student gets an opportunity to experience the book fair.

The book fair accepts cash, credit cards, and/or eWallet. I encourage everyone to consider using Scholastic’s eWallet feature. The eWallet allows students to shop at the book fair without having to bring cash to school, making the transactions easier and safer. Visit our Book Fair website to learn more about eWallet and for a sneak peek at the books.

Monday (11/3) : 8:15 am to 5:30 pm

Wednesday (11/5) : 8:15 am to 5:30 pm

Thursday (11/6): 8:15 am to 5:30 pm

Friday (11/7): 8:15 am to 5:30 pm

(Parents are welcome to visit the book fair with their student AFTER SCHOOL starting at 3 PM)
