Kiker Families and Caretakers,

Since last week I’ve had the joy of visiting classrooms and seeing our students settle into strong learning routines. It has been wonderful to watch the excitement on their faces as they dive into new skills and challenges. Alongside these visits, our teachers and I have been reviewing beginning-of-year data to better understand where our students are starting and how we can best support their growth. These conversations help us celebrate early successes and also identify areas where we can provide extra encouragement and resources. I’m so proud of the commitment our staff shows in making sure every child gets what they need to thrive.

Austin ISD uses a system called VOLY for any adults that volunteer on campus. This could be if you are volunteering at a class party, working in the work room, or anything in between. Use the link below to make sure that you are cleared for this duty. This must be completed annually.
