Hope you are all well. It has been a while! I haven't forgotten about you - there is a newsletter in the making as we speak and it will be appearing in your inbox very soon. I have so much to tell you!
In the meantime we are after your help. We have a Crowdfunder in place to update our very tired gym. It’s only running for a few more days and we would love you to help if you are able to please. Please take a look at this link:

All donations would be gratefully received. With gift aid, donations are worth an extra 25%. Any crowdfunding that the school raises will be match funded by Plymouth City Council which is great.
You can buy some great rewards too, starting at just £5.00, including DHSB merchandise.
As well as benefitting the students we will also be able to offer our fully fitted and up to date gym to the wider community for their use during out of school hours.
I have another request too! Our Leader of Careers has asked me to reach out to you. He is looking for local employers to offer work experience to DHSB students. If you own or work for a company that can assist please get in touch wex@dhsb.org. The relevant dates are 25-29 November 2024, and 23-27 June 2025.
