Wellness for Every Rattler
Benefits of organization
Staying organized benefits our mental health. Organization reduces stress, creates a healthy routine, and promotes better sleep. Take time each week to plan out your events and responsibilities. Go through your calendar, to do list, and be sure your items in your backpack are where they should be and not loose. Plan for the upcoming day and lay out items the night before so mornings aren't rushed and stressful!
