Junior Olympics is an annual tradition at Leyden. In the weeks leading up to Spring Break, the freshmen, sophomore, junior & senior classes can participate in various events and earn points. Then the day before Spring Break, the Junior Olympics take place in the field house. During Junior Olympics, the four classes compete against each other in a variety of "olympic" style games. Points are awarded to the winners of each game. At the end of the games, the Junior Olympics winning class is announced and gets bragging rights until next years' games.

To sign up to play in a Junior Olympics game, see the details below for each grade level. All participants MUST wear their class Junior Olympics shirt. Game spots are limited!

• Freshmen: Game sign up will take place on Tuesday, March 18th after school in room 246.
• Sophomores: Game sign up will take place on Thursday, March 20th after school in room 162.
• Juniors: Check your email from last week and/or fill out this form
• Seniors: Game sign up will take place on Wednesday, March 19th after school in room 163.

You don't have to be in a game to participate in Junior Olympics. Come to the assembly on Friday and participate in the stands!

Junior Olympics shirts will be sold beginning Monday, March 24th. Any student participating in a Junior Olympics event must wear their class shirt.

• When: Monday, March 24th - Friday, March 28th OR until they sell out!
• Where: Student Activities Office (D201) during ALL lunch periods
• Price: $13/each (cash or check accepted)
