Dear Meadowview Magnet Middle School Mustang Supporters,

Summer is in full swing and as we enjoy these longer days, we're also looking ahead to an exciting upcoming school year at Meadowview Magnet Middle School! We're writing to you today with an invitation to become a vital part of our school community by joining the Meadowview Magnet Middle School Booster Club as a sponsor.

The Booster Club plays a crucial role in supporting all our students by funding important programs, activities, and equipment that enhance their academic, athletic, and artistic experiences. From new classroom resources to sports team needs and enriching club activities, your generosity directly impacts every student at Meadowview.

We've made it easy to contribute with three sponsorship levels:

  • Mustang Level Sponsorship: $500
  • Gold Level Sponsor: $250
  • Green Level Sponsor: $150

Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference. By becoming a sponsor, you're not just donating; you're investing in the future of our students and helping to create a vibrant, supportive environment where they can have a meaningful Middle School experience.

Will you consider becoming a Booster Club Sponsor and help us make the next school year the best one yet for our Mustangs?

Reminders for Parents/Guardians Reminders for Parents/Guardians

We would like to remind you of a few important procedures to ensure the safety and smooth operation of our daily routines:

  1. Transportation Changes:
For the safety of all students, we do not accept transportation changes over the phone. All changes must be submitted in writing, either through a note sent with your child or via email.

  2. Afternoon Pick-Up Cutoff Time:
Our latest pick-up time is 2:15 PM. After this time, we begin preparing for dismissal, and early checkouts cannot be accommodated.

Afternoon Car Line Reminder:

As we continue working to make our afternoon pickup process safe and efficient, we’d like to share a few important reminders:

  • Please pull all the way forward in the car line, as close as possible to the next car in front of you. This helps us fit more vehicles in the parking lot and keeps traffic flowing smoothly off of McKinney Road.

  • Do not pull around other vehicles in the car line to move closer to the front of the school. This creates safety concerns for students and staff.

We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to streamline our dismissal process. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and make afternoon pickup run as smoothly as possible!

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support!
