Have you heard about Fernan's Flight School?
What is Flight School?
Flight School is a short-term, skill-building intervention designed to support students who may be struggling with specific behaviors or life skills at school. Rather than relying on traditional punishment, Flight School focuses on teaching, practicing, and reinforcing skills so students can be successful in the classroom, on the playground, and with peers.
