This week, our students will be celebrating Read Across America with fun spirit days selected by our Student Council. We’re also inviting community members to join us as guest readers on Tuesday! Walnut Talent Show 🎤✨
Get ready to shine, Walnut Wolves! Our annual Talent Show is coming up, and we can’t wait to see the amazing talents our students have to share. Whether it’s singing, dancing, comedy, magic, or a special skill, this is a wonderful opportunity for students to build confidence, express themselves, and celebrate their unique gifts. Auditions will be held on Wednesday, March 11. Please see the flyer below for more details. It’s going to be a show you won’t want to miss!
Walnut’s Color Run is Coming! 🌈🏃♂️
Get ready for a fun and exciting event you won’t want to miss ...Walnut’s Color Run is happening on March 24, 2026! This high-energy event is sure to bring lots of color, smiles, and school spirit to our campus. Registration opens on March 2 so mark your calendars and get ready to join the fun! More information will be shared soon. 🎉
📌 Lunch with a Loved One Was a Hit! Thank you to all the families who came out to our picnic-style Lunch with a Loved One event and shared a special lunch with their Wolf! It was wonderful to see our students light up while spending time with their loved ones. We also appreciate everyone who pre-registered, which helped the event run smoothly for all. If you took photos during the event, please use the QR code to send them to our Yearbook Club, we’d love to include your memories!
🏅Trimester Awards- Congratulations to all the students who received Trimester 2 awards! Thank you to the parents and families who made time to come celebrate their student. We appreciate your partnership and support. Our students continue to excel in all academic areas, and we are proud of their hard work. We would also like to celebrate our AVID Write-Off Grade Level Champions! Great job representing Walnut!
❤️ Kids Heart Challenge-Thank you to everyone who donated to our Kids Heart Challenge! This is a wonderful way to support children in need while promoting heart health and wellness. Through your generous donations, our students are not only helping others, but they are also learning the importance of keeping their hearts and brains healthy.

Kinder registration has begun. Please contact our office to make an appointment and secure your child’s spot.

Walnut's behavior expectations let students know what is expected of them while on campus in these locations. When students are caught being good PACK members they can earn PACK tickets.
