❗❗If you are dropping your student off after 7:55 AM, they must be accompanied by a parent and signed in through the main office. If your student is leaving prior to dismissal time, a parent must sign them out through the office. ID may be requested at secretaries discretion.

Upon dismissal from school, students must leave the building and playground and are to go directly home except bus students who will be going to their respective buses. Students should not be sent to the office to wait for parent pick-up after dismissal time.

This has been a mild winter, but mornings can still be chilly for the kiddos. They do go outside as long as the "feels like" temp is above zero. We do not have extra coats to hand out in the office.

Every year a week is set aside to show appreciation for teachers. This year, that is May 6-10. We have the BEST teaching team here at Piedmont Valley Elementary! They show compassion, patience, and love to our kiddos all year long. We are happy to celebrate them and thank them for all they do throughout the year.

May 6 is National Nurse's Day. Happy National Nurse's Day to our very own Nurse Natasha! She not only hands out band-aids, ice packs, and medicine, but she gives great advise and great hugs! We are so lucky to have you here at PVE!
