A Note from the Principal

Forest Hills Families,

We've made it! May is here and many fun events are lined up for the next few weeks! We still have learning to do, so please be sure to have your child to school on time each day for the next 4 weeks.

REGISTRATION UPDATE: Don't forget to register your child for the 2023-2024 school year....all current students must register for next year. If families fail to register their child for next year, the student will have to re-register as a new student (you do not want to have to do this....save yourself the trouble). If you need help with registration, please call our front office and someone will be happy to assist you!

May 7-13 is Children's Mental Health Acceptance Week. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of this newsletter and access The Counselors' Corner where you'll find some GREAT information on children's mental health.

May Virtue - Fortitude

Fortitude is a great virtue to end the school year learning about! The month of May can often times be tiring and challenging as students have worked hard all year and are ready for summer break. Some words that come to mind when thinking about fortitude include: courage, resilience, patience, perseverance, endurance, and self-confidence. Encourage your child to finish the year strong by having fortitude!
