Parent Teacher Conferences Parent Teacher Conferences

zoom_out_map

Mark your calendars! Parent-teacher conferences are Thursday, February 12 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Friday, February 13 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. This is a valuable opportunity for parents to meet with their child's teachers to discuss academic progress, classroom behavior, and to collaborate on strategies for success.

Middle School Families - Because spring conferences are intended to support struggling students, attendance is not required. If you have no concerns about your child’s progress, please consider waiting until the week of February 2 to sign up. And you are always welcome to reach out via email. In an effort to create quality conferences and allow each family the ability to meet with their child’s teachers we ask that you limit your conference selection to 3 teachers.

Please note, there is NO SCHOOL for students on Friday, February 13.

A New Way to Celebrate

To ensure every student has the opportunity to participate, the highlight of the day will be our All-School Assembly from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, where the entire CCA family will gather to witness the incredible talents of our student performers.

Spaces are limited this year, so we encourage early registration!

  • RSVP and let us know you're coming. We are looking for volunteers to help with setup, check-in, and event logistics to ensure the day is a success. RSVP & Volunteer Here

  • Represent a country (2x volunteer hours) or does your student have a traditional dance, song, or talent to share during our school assembly? Register as a Country Lead or Performer
