Our Band Registration will take place in the BMS Band Hall on Wednesday, July 31 from 9:00am-6:00pm (come-and-go). You'll be able to sign up for our new CutTime program, drop off student instruments and supplies, as well as see the directors and your band friends! Click here to see the map to the BMS Band Hall.

CutTime will replace our previous database Charms and will allow you to stay informed without login hassles and get reminded without inbox clutter. This program also replaces our Remind texting subscriptions we have previously used.

What Happens Next - Your New Magic Link is on the way

Be on the lookout for a text welcome message from CutTime via +1-844-385-8463. The message will come to your mobile device phone number we have on file for you via a "Magic Link", which is uniquely personalized to you and secure.

Read the attachment below for instructions on how to add your Magic Link to your smartphone's home screen. Once you receive the message with your CutTime Magic Link, you will gain access to your CutTime Portal Page where you can:

• View Announcements
• View and Subscribe to Events that involve you and your student
• View and Sign Up for Volunteer Opportunities within these events
• Check Account Balances

All parents will need to complete this Registration Checklist for their student in order to be prepared for the start of school. You can complete all of the steps in person at Band Registration on July 31 or online on your own. Like all other band supplies and materials, these completed forms are due back to the directors no later than the second day of school, Thursday, August 15.

Most of the steps can be completed online by visiting the Forms Page of our website that is now active for the new year. Fill out all of the forms that have an asterisk (*) next to the title. You can pay in person at Band Registration or pay online (not yet available). Feel free to email us if you have any questions.

All supplies and materials are due on the second day of school, which is Thursday, August 15. Be sure to check out the Supplies & Materials page of our website, which also includes instrument dealers that we recommend where you can purchase your band stuff.
