As we quickly approach the start of the 2020-2021 school year, we know that students and staff alike are feeling a range of emotions from excitement and wonder to anxiousness and fear. In this new way of life, the staff at WRJH have been preparing and planning not only for academics, but also the social emotional piece that comes along with being human during this time. As we continue to ride this wave, remember we are all in this together working towards a successful year!

Please look for a biweekly update (newsletter) on how WRJH will open schools. Please do not correlate WRJH directly with other schools as schools will be slightly different due to the varied populations, numbers etc. Also understand that in this time, things could change rapidly. So please remain flexible and understanding.

Scheduling

Please review the Reynoldsburg website for direct information on state mandates of days for attendance, etc.

At the present time..........schedules are being reconstructed to accommodate the potential for the hybrid model. As a result NO ONE CAN SEE THEIR SCHEDULE. We have blocked the view to ensure that if changes need to be made, students are not confused by these changes.

WRJH plans to conduct the following model should we fall into the hybrid model:

Electives for the 20-21 SY

Electives will continue to be offered for students at WRJH. We have worked to ensure that as long as students remain at WRJH for both 7th and 8th grade they should have an opportunity to be exposed to all our electives.

ACCELERATION

Accelerated students should receive a letter in the next couple of weeks indicating the courses they have been registered for.

Yearbooks

There will be a one day pickup scheduled for all the students who ordered a yearbook.

Wednesday. August 5th. 6-7:30 in front of building. There will be a table set up outside where parents can drive up and the student will be delivered their yearbook.
