Principal's Message:

Thank you to all the families who joined us for parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, October 8th! We truly appreciate your time, partnership, and dedication to your student's success. Working together makes all the difference!

We have officially reached the final stretch of the quarter! With the grading period ending this Friday, October 16th, now is a great time to check in on your student's progress and help them finish strong in their classes.

As part of our ongoing commitment to school safety, we will be conducting a routine lockdown drill this Monday in cooperation with the Wadsworth Police Department. These practice drills allow our staff and students to familiarize themselves with safety protocols in a safe, controlled environment, while also strengthening our partnership with local law enforcement. Please be assured that this is only a drill, and thank you for your continued support in keeping our school community safe!

Students who won a ride on the Pedal Bike enjoyed the trip down to the Grizzly Arcade on Tuesday. A big thank you to both the Grizzly Pedal Bike Company and the Grizzly Arcade for opening specially for us to award this grand prize. We appreciate their willingness to accommodate our timeframe and help make a memorable experience for our students. We appreciate their support!

Have an FANTASTIC Week!

Brandon Cobb, Principal

Contacting Our Attendance Desk

Our attendance clerk, Mrs. Long, is the contact person for calling off your student and any change of dismissal plans throughout the day. Please call the Attendance Line to reach her and leave a message. The phone number to her desk is 330-335-1481. We recommend you let the attendance desk/teacher know when your student will be absent, leaving early, or arriving late. Letting us know when your child will leave early allows us to be prepared for when you arrive. We ask that all end-of-the-day dismissal plans be made by 2:45 p.m. Thank you for your efforts!

**REMINDER- Mr. Cobb must approve all vacations AHEAD OF TIME. Please send him an email requesting excused absences. bcobb@wadsworthschools.org
