The Educator Hive

The Educator Hive (aka "The Hive") is a great place to inspire your fellow colleagues and educators with your own Smore newsletter creations!

Submit your Newsletter to the educator Hive

Only annual Educator Pro users can submit newsletters to the Hive. You can sign up for this plan by visiting: www.smore.com/educators

If you are an Educator Pro user, follow the steps below to submit your newsletter:

1. Decide what newsletter you would like to submit

Have a newsletter that your parents, colleagues, students or peers loved? Have a great newsletter idea that you want to share? Then share it to The Hive!

2. Go to that newsletter's Editor in Smore

If it hasn't been published, click "Done Editing"

3. On the top right, click "Share with Educators"

A gray box with the title, "The Educator Hive" will appear once you've published your newsletter, click "Share with Educators" to start the submission process.

4. Choose a category

Decide what category your newsletter falls under and give more information about what your newsletter is about.

5. Review the Educator Hive Guidelines

You can review the Guidelines by clicking HERE!

Pro tip: Make sure that your newsletters are written in English and don't include pictures of children to guarantee approval.

6. Click "Submit your newsletter"

Once you've submitted your newsletter, a Smore team member will need to review your newsletter. The approval process can take up to 48 hours. If your newsletter has been approved, it will appear in the Educator Hive!
