New Security Measures at AAA: Update! New Security Measures at AAA: Update!

This week was our first week implementing the Open Gate security measures and it went great! Thank you for your patience and for encouraging your students to be prepared to follow the procedures as they enter the building. As a reminder, all visitors will be asked to complete the screening process each time they enter the building. We will continue regular screening procedures with our students going forward. Thank you again for your support!

Attendance Updates Attendance Updates

Our school wide goal for attendance is 98% present each and every school day. Every day counts! Please plan appointments early enough that your student can be checked in by 11:30 or later in the day so that they can be in school until at least 11:30 in order to avoid being counted absent.

Our attendance dropped over the past few weeks. Remember, every day counts!

Way to go 3rd and 7th grade for being our attendance leaders again this past week!

Was your student absent? Do they need an excuse? Was your student absent? Do they need an excuse?

Form attendance excuses were sent home last week for you to use if your child is absent and needs a parent excuse. A blank copy is attached below. You do not have to use this excuse, but we hopes it makes providing excuses a little easier! Blank copies are also kept at the front office and you can fill them out when you come to drop your child off late or pick your child up early.
