This is your monthly Osceola Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization (OES PTO) Newsletter. Starting in September, you will receive the monthly Newsletter in your email from your classroom's PTO Liaison / Room Parent. The Newsletter goes out once-per-month, on the Wednesday before every PTO Meeting. Please take a scroll through. It is filled with timely and relevant information. Thank you!

The OES PTO sponsors Spirit Shirts, which are worn every Friday by the students. This year, the spirit shirt features our current school theme - Dive Into Learning- with the winning artwork created by one of OES's very own 5th graders! The Spirit Shirt Order Form will go home during the first week of school. Please complete the form and return it as soon as possible.

The cost of each shirt is $12. If you are unable to pay, we still need you to complete and return the form to your teacher. The PTO will cover the cost of students who are unable to purchase a shirt.

Please return your Spirit Shirt Form to your teacher by August 22, 2025.

Cash, check, or Venmo payments are accepted. The Venmo link is below. Also, below, is an attachment with the form, in case you lost it. Thank you!

Save the date for all of these OES PTO events coming up this school year.

You will receive the The PTO Liaison / Room Parent Program "Parent Form" during your first week of school. The form is used to collect your current email address, so that you receive the once-per-month PTO newsletter.

You will receive the PTO Newsletter once per month from your classroom's Room Parent.

When you purchase items from the online School Store, you can elect "Pick Up at School" and the item will be sent home with your student, free of charge. You can also elect to "Ship It" to have your order mailed directly to your home.

OES PTO offers lots of volunteer opportunities during the school year. Volunteers need to be approved by CCPS. The process is quick and simple.

Please take 5 minutes to complete the volunteer application (link below). Then, next time you are at OES, show Miss Jackie in the front office your identification to complete the process.

Completing the Volunteer Application does not obligate you to volunteer. If you would like to add your name to the PTO Volunteer List, please email OESisthebest@gmail.com with your request. Thereafter, you will receive occasional emails with links to our Sign Up Genius showing volunteer opportunities.

You’ll earn 50 Bonus Box Tops ($5) for your school when you connect your Box Tops and Walmart accounts for the first time and buy a participating product using the saved payment method in your Walmart wallet between 6/01/25 – 9/14/25.†

Spirit Nights are fun and optional events at local businesses. Your family gets dinner, plus you will likely see friends and teachers! Dine within the advertised window, and a portion of the sales will be donated back to the OES PTO to fund our programs and events.
