November 2025
Dear Heritage Families,
As we move into November, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect on all that we are thankful for. At Heritage Elementary, we are so grateful for the partnership we share with our families, staff, and community. Together, we create a strong team focused on helping every student learn, grow, and succeed.
This month, as we celebrate the season of gratitude, we want to thank you for your continued support—whether it’s volunteering, encouraging your child at home, or working with teachers to support learning. Your involvement makes a tremendous difference in the lives of our students.
We look forward to continuing this teamwork as we help our students reach their fullest potential. Wishing all of our families a safe, restful, and joy-filled Thanksgiving season!
Warmest Regards,
Your Admin Team
Dr. Kimberley Walters, Val Sutton, Katie Will, & Melrick Bogier

WSD Holiday Assistance Program
Would you like to bring a little holiday cheer to a WSD family? Each year in December the WSD Holiday Assistance Program helps to provide gifts for needy students and their families. Last year 361 families and 982 children received assistance in this charitable effort! The program works with businesses, community groups, and individuals to help make the upcoming holidays more enjoyable for struggling families. In our schools, students and staff do a variety of things to raise money and collect gifts, and many families are adopted by their own caring school community. But there is always a need for additional community support.
If you would like to adopt a family, please contact (636) 327-3800 x20358 or zacharybreckle@wsdr4.org.
Wentzville Wow Factor Award
We are feeling extra thankful for amazing staff this month! Has your child's teacher made a significant impact? Do you want to recognize a staff member who goes above and beyond? Celebrate a teacher or employee with a Wentzville Wow Factor Award anytime throughout the school year to let them know they are making a difference! Nominate a Staff Member.
