Please reach out to teachers if you have any questions regarding final exams. If students miss exams, they will need to sign up for an appointment to come in over the summer to make it up. Sign ups for final exam make ups will be available shortly on the school website.
26/27 Course List Information
Courses for the 2026-2027 school year for current 5-11 grade students will be available to view in HCPSS Connect Synergy between Thursday, June 4 at 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday, June 10 at 4:00 p.m. This is a list of courses only and will not yet contain period times or assigned teachers (this information will be available mid August). Guilford Park's schedule was built based on the course selections students made during the course registration process (late December-mid February).
Students should review their course list for accuracy. If you would like to report an issue, please complete the GPHS Course List Correction Form.
Please note that counselors are currently working on filling holes in schedules, checking that seniors have all courses needed to meet graduation requirements, and adjusting schedules for release time and aiding. Once these tasks are complete, they will begin to look at course change requests.
Student Services staff work part-time in the summer, so we ask that families be patient. Staff will respond to emails, as soon as possible, during their scheduled work days.
