Congratulations to Abigail Jacob, junior SHS Choir member, who was selected as an Outstanding Performer at TSSEC, Texas State Solo And Ensemble Contest. She performed "Ständchen" by Schubert during a competition at Hendrickson HS in Pflugerville over Memorial Day weekend.

Per UIL, each solo judge may designate exemplary soloists as Outstanding Performers. The Outstanding Performer Award represents the attainment by an individual of superior musicianship as demonstrated in the exacting competition of the Texas State Solo-Ensemble Contest.

The Lady Raiders were 2-1 in the TABC Showcase in College Station this weekend. They lost in sudden death overtime to Houston Legacy, 39-37; beat Seminole, 43-38; and beat Beaumont United, 52-23. Congratulations!

Sunnyvale High School's Allison Gonzales is one of 18 finalists for the Chicken Express Community Hero of the Year Award! One male and one female winner will receive a $1,500 scholarship courtesy of Chicken Express to put towards their education.

Is your Raider planning to ride the bus for the 2025 -2026 school year?

Director of Transportation Mr. Todd Staley is working on bus schedules and needs your help. Please complete one of the below bus rider forms.

All SIS/SES bus riders, please return your Bus cards to the SISD Admin Building at 417 E Tripp Road. Drop them by at your earliest convenience.

Attention, Raiders! For everyone’s safety, the SISD baseball, softball, and tennis areas will be closed until further notice as we complete work on our net systems. Please stay clear of the area while improvements are underway.

Additionally, work will soon begin to turf the Sunnyvale Middle School field. The SMS field will be closed during construction. This project is a partnership between SISD and the Town of Sunnyvale to benefit both our district and community youth.

June 17 - STAAR 3-8 scores are released.

You will be able to access these scores through your parent portal, the same place you get your students' grades during the year. Once in the portal, click the button labeled "Texas Assessment" (pictured above).

If you are wanting to play football next fall, please join "2025 Sunnyvale Raider Middle School Football" on SportsYou. The code is below. If you do not have the SportsYou app downloaded, please download. This will be how coaches communicate with athletes and parents. Both athletes and parents need to join to know the communication that is being sent out.
