DES Peek at Next Week 2025-2026

Greetings DES Families,

Happy Saturday, and welcome to the weekend! As we wrap up another incredible school year, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our entire Dudley El community. Your partnership, support, and dedication to our students have helped make the 2025-2026 school year a tremendous success. Together, we celebrated achievements, overcame challenges, and created countless memories that will last a lifetime.

As summer begins, I hope your family has the opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time together. I will be taking some time off during July, so this will be the final peek until early August, when we will begin sharing updates and information for the start of the new school year.

Thank you again for an amazing year. Have a safe, happy, and memorable summer. We look forward to welcoming our Top Dogs back soon!

Last Day of School Reminder

Just a reminder that the last day of school for the 2024-2025 school year will be Tuesday, June 16th. This will be a half day of school with student dismissal after lunch at 12:15.

Field Day- June 10th Save the Date

Field Day at Dudley El is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th (Rain Date is Friday, June 12th). Our parent & caregiver volunteers always make this day extra special for our kids. Please make sure that you have a current CORI check completed and on file if you would like to volunteer. Please note that only parents and caregivers who are volunteers can attend Field Day. Email our PE Teacher Mr. Peloquin if you have any questions (apeloquin@dcrsd.org).

Parking Reminder- School Events

If you are attending an event at the school, please park on School Street (if available). The Boys & Girls Club parking lot is also available for parking at school-based events. There is a short path through the woods connecting to the school. School parking lot spots are reserved for staff. Thank you for your cooperation.

Summer Kick-Off Spirit Week

Report Cards

Report cards for Trimester Three will be live on SchoolBrains for families after school on Tuesday, June 16th. Please reach out to our School Secretary Mrs. Grzyb if you have any difficulty logging in.

DES Summer Hours

The office will be open on Wednesdays throughout the summer. I will be in the office intermittently from the end of June thru August 1st. I will be accessible via email throughout the summer if you have questions or need any assistance.
