MHS STUDENT & FAMILY NEWSLETTER
Week of May 19 - May 23, 2025
RSU 57 & Massabesic High School
"Preparing students for success in an ever-changing world."
Hello Mustang Nation,
We finally experienced some wonderful weather this past week - I know our athletic teams were overjoyed at the prospect of actually holding competitions this week. We hope the remainder of the Spring season can move forward as scheduled with minimal weather interruptions.
The next few weeks of our school year will undoubtedly move by quite quickly. Two weeks of academic work remain for our Seniors before their Senior week starting with a Class Trip on June 1 and ending. Graduation & Project Grad on June 5. Underclassmen have three weeks of academic work remaining followed by a 'Final's week to finish up the school year. I encourage all students to work hard and focus on their academic requirements in these final few weeks. Now is the time to capitalize on the learning that has been achieved this year and finish strong.
The Class of 2025 advisors, Mrs. Pellegrino & Mrs. Proctor, have done a wonderful job guiding our soon-to-be graduates ready for the next step. Thank you, also, to Mr. Rodgers the Grade 12 School Counselor for his work with the class. These three will continue to send out information related to Senior Events - please read all their communication to be prepared for the celebrations and festivities.
As a reminder, our upcoming week will follow the Green/White color rotation schedule below:
Monday 05/19 - WHITE DAY
Tuesday 05/20 - GREEN DAY
Wednesday 05/21 - WHITE DAY
Thursday 05/22 - GREEN DAY
Friday 05/23 - WHITE DAY
Take care,
-Mr. Thurlow
