Greetings Spartan Families,

I hope you are enjoying the long four-day weekend after a short three-day week. It is a great opportunity to rest and recharge before we return for the final 15 days leading up to Spring Break.

Thank you to the many families who joined us for Parent Teacher Conferences this week. Strong partnerships between home and school make a positive difference in student success. Your presence, questions, and collaboration reflect a shared commitment to student growth.

We also celebrated an outstanding production of SpongeBob the Musical. The cast and crew delivered an impressive performance that showcased months of preparation, teamwork, and resilience. From the performers on stage to the students managing lights, sound, and stage transitions, every detail reflected focus and pride. I would also like to thank our directors, Mr. Pellechio and Mr. Yates, for making us Spartan proud.

Experiences like these strengthen confidence, build communication skills, and create lasting memories for our students. We are proud of their dedication and grateful to the staff and families who supported them throughout the process.

Sincerely,

Ryan Buterbaugh
Principal

To keep classrooms focused and learning uninterrupted, all wireless devices, including cell phones, smart watches, earbuds, and similar devices, must be OFF and AWAY during the school day unless a teacher gives a specific academic reason to use them. Students will be reminded each morning to power down their devices.

Please let your child know that you will not be texting or calling during school hours. If a student needs to reach a parent, a staff member can provide permission. In an emergency, the main office is the best way to get in touch. More details are available in the Springton Lake Student Handbook.

Thank you for helping us create a safe, distraction-free learning environment!
