Back to School
Thank you to all who attended the Orientation Day yesterday. What a great turnout! Mr. Van Buren and I are very eager to start the 2022-2023 school year with all the bulldogs! See you Thursday! If you missed the orientation, you can access the information from the presentation here. Please review the powerpoint and access links to important documents. The Centennial District communication also contains important information for you to review.
Important Information to Submit
If your student will be attending before or after school child care please be sure to submit the form below prior to Thursday. If your child will be a car rider or ride the bus, please let your child's teacher know how he/she will be going home prior to Thursday.
Drop off and Pick Up
You can review drop off and pick up procedures in the handbook.
Breakfast and Lunch
Meals are no longer free. Please apply for free and reduced lunch here. Students will report to the cafeteria in the mornings if they want breakfast.
Snack
Please send a snack in with your student daily

Technology
All returning students need to bring their ChromeBooks or iPads fully charged along with their chargers to school each day including the first day of school. If you need a device or need to have a device fixed visit the technology page.
Please visit the District website, Departments--Technology & Online Learning--1:1 Initiative Resource Center, for updates related to Fall Device Information. These include but not limited to: device return and pick up, technology device agreements, care and responsibility agreements, optional accidental damage insurance*, student/family tech support videos, the Community Help Desk Support Portal, and other technology-related items.
*Please note - as outlined on the CSD 1:1 Student/Family Device Agreement (found on the 1:1 Initiative Resource Center webpage), the payment window will be open from Monday, August 15, 2022 to Friday, September 16, 2022. FIRST STUDENT DAY
All students report to school on Thursday, August 25, 2022 for the first student day.
Band/Orchestra and music lesson Sign-Up for 4th grade students
Band/Orchestra registration is currently underway. Instrument choices for 4th graders are: Flute/Clarinet/Alto Saxophone/Trumpet/Trombone/Percussion/Bell Kit/String Bass. If you have played a string instrument as a 3rd grader, you can continue to play it as a 4th grader too. If you did not play an instrument in 3rd grade, please choose a band instrument instead of the Violin/Viola/Cello. If you choose percussion, please have a second choice. We can only have 5 percussion players per grade level.
To get signed up, you must complete the google form and be sure to either rent/purchase/borrow an instrument from a friend for the 4th grade year. If you need guidance on which instrument to choose, attached to this google form is a video to demonstrate the sound of each instrument. If you have already completed this form last year, there is no need to complete it again. I have your information saved.
