Greetings Nash families,
Greetings Nash families,
We had another amazing week here at Nash. Our mornings begin with our grade 5 student leaders who lead the day with morning announcements. I’m so proud of them, please join me in recognizing Sophia Matos, Haley Walsh, Anna Keller, Annie Santa Lucia, and Madison Giles.
Our school is a med vac site, this week kindergarten students had the opportunity to meet with our first responders to learn about their role in emergency situations.
Our students have been implementing our PBIS expectations. Pbis is our Positive Behavior and support system. This system allows students to learn the expected behaviors for our school community. Our acronym is ROAR, which stands for Respect, Organization, Achievement, and Responsibility. Students are rewarded with Wild Cat Win Tickets when they ROAR with Nash Pride. The photo above is our winners from this week! Congratulations to them all, I’m so proud of the way they ROAR with Nash Pride. Please take the time to ask your student about what the expected behaviors are in school and why they are important. Our students ROAR with pride in every location of our school, bus, and playground.
