Rockets ROCK!

The 20-21 school year began very differently but that didn't stop the amazing staff at Dos Rios from doing what they do best...connect with students. You have shown amazing patience, resilience and courage as you met with parents and students, navigated technology issues and collaborated with colleagues to ensure students are able to be successful in your class. Don't forget to take a Meta Moment and find your Best Self. Continue taking deep, masked breaths and let's do what we do best, inspire hope and empower children!

Thank you for all you do to make Dos Rios a place where ALL children are capable of success, No Exceptions!

Inspiring hope and empowering all students to courageously pursue their goals and dreams!

Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible

Every kid needs a champion

Every kid needs a champion

Rita Pierson, a teacher for 40 years, once heard a colleague say, "They don't pay me to like the kids." Her response: "Kids don't learn from people they don't like.'" A rousing call to educators to believe in their students and actually connect with them on a real, human, personal level.
