Overview: Personality Lingo takes participants beyond the basics of personality style identification by providing practical tools for appreciating differences, communicating more effectively, and navigating the stress we encounter in everyday life, both at work and at home. Participants will identify the four communication styles and the key characteristics associated with each style. The training also helps participants understand how to motivate others using different communication styles and recognize the impact of stress on each style, strengthening self-awareness, adaptability, and effective communication.
