KSD 140 Connection
April 2026
Spring is always a busy and exciting time in District 140. Across the district, classrooms remain active with meaningful learning, collaboration, and growth as students continue to build skills and finish the year strong. Our schools are also preparing for a full schedule of spring events, including field trips, performances, and end-of-year activities that bring our school communities together. As we head into May, we also look forward to celebrating our 8th-grade students at upcoming graduations and end-of-year celebrations.
As a reminder, please register your student(s) for the upcoming school year by April 30 to receive a fee discount. Registering early helps us plan staffing, class sizes, and transportation while ensuring your child’s schedule, services, and materials are ready for the first day of school.
Thank you for staying connected and engaged during this important time of year.
Sincerely,
Dr. Dan Callaghan
Superintendent
