GOAT YOGA UPDATE
Due to the overwhelming interest in our first Goat Yoga event, we have more staff interested in participating than the space can safely accommodate. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we will be limiting each session to 35 participants.
Because interest exceeds available spots, we will hold an electronic raffle for everyone signed up by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5. We will make every effort to accommodate participants in their desired session time, but due to the limited capacity and number of participants, we cannot guarantee your preferred time. Staff selected through the raffle will be notified of their participation and assigned session.
Thank you for being so understanding as we work to accommodate as many staff members as possible while keeping the event safe and enjoyable for everyone.
How interested would you be in participating in this wellness event?
Your feedback will help us determine the level of interest, as well as the most accommodating location and time for the event.
Muscle is more than just strength, it’s an important organ for healthy aging and longevity.
Maintaining muscle mass and strength as we age supports mobility, balance, metabolism, blood sugar regulation, bone health, and independence. Resistance training, adequate protein, and regular movement can help preserve muscle and build the physical reserve we need to stay strong, active, and capable throughout life.
