December is such a BIG month at GHS; the end of the 2nd quarter/1st semester; SOL testing, athletics, and Christmas Break. We are squeezing a lot of work and fun into this month. I've put together a calendar of 'all the things' for this month to try to keep everyone up to date on GHS happenings.

Congratulations to Senior football player Gavin Lewis for being named to the MED All-District Honorable Mention football team!

Congratulations to Junior football player Braeden Whitaker for being named to the MED All-District Honorable Mention football team!

Maroon Tide Wrestling had a great night; 54-36 over Radford and 48-30 over Pulaski.

The Varsity and middle school teams traveled to Radford University to watch a game today.

It was such a fun day!

Earlier in the week, Varsity Maroon Tide had a decisive win over Narrows, 64-40.
