• This is a great time to schedule summer doctor appointments. School health documents are due the first day of school. Please note that action plans and medication authorization forms must be updated and submitted every school year! ✍️

• 🏃‍♂️ Physicals for Student Athletes
  Students participating in sports must have an updated physical on file. These are valid for 365 days and should be submitted to the athletic department annually.
