TBMS November Newsletter
Message from Mr. Beierman
Hello, Twin Bluff families,
I hope this message finds you well, warm, and happy! October is officially in the rearview mirror, and November is already moving right along. A lot is happening here at Twin Bluff Middle School, and we want to be sure you’re in the loop every step of the way.
It will be wonderful to see you during our fall conferences on November 9th. It’s always a great time to connect, check in on progress, and make adjustments before the end of the trimester on November 24th. There’s still plenty of time for students to finish strong, turn in missing work, and make positive strides in their classes.
We’re looking forward to our school-wide Veterans Day ceremony on Friday, November 13th, held here at Twin Bluff for our students and staff. Due to limited space, this event is not open to the public. However, the community is warmly invited to attend the Veterans Day celebration at the high school on Friday, November 13th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the main gym.
Please note there will be no school for students November 6th for Teacher Professional Development, November 9th for Parent- Teacher conferences, and November 25-27 in observance of the holiday and end of trimester break.
You’ll also find more information in this newsletter about ordering a Twin Bluff Yearbook. Be sure to place your order before the price increase by visiting the Jostens link provided.
And mark your calendars — our Winter Leader’s Dance will be held on Friday, December 4th, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. This special event celebrates students who consistently demonstrate our core values: being Safe, Kind, and Responsible.
As the temperatures drop and we wait for that first snowfall, please make sure your child is dressed warmly for the bus stop and morning arrival. It might not always be “cool” to wear a winter coat, but it’s definitely better than being cold!
Stay warm, stay kind, and take care of one another.
Be safe and well,
Mr. Beierman

Notes/reminders From School Nurse
All incoming 7th graders needed to have a TDAP booster and a Meningococcal immunization or a Conscientious Objection on file in the Health Office prior to the start of the school year. Any 7th grader that does not have these immunizations at the start of the school year are considered out of compliance. Medication is required to be in the original container with the most recent prescription label.
