Each month, we are looking for family volunteers to shine some kindness through small treats/kind gestures with our staff at Goshen Lane Prechool and Clark Hall Preschool. This could be cookies, donuts, coffee etc. The kindness carts will take place the last Friday of each month.

Dear Families,

As we continue our theme of “My Family and Friends”, this week we will learn about family members beyond mom, dad, sisters, and brothers. We will be talking about grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, uncles, and cousins. We will explore ways relatives enjoy spending time together.

Our Cubs Can At Home will start next week. We will select an AM and PM student each Monday to send "Cubby" home with for the week. We ask while you have Cubby that you practice being kind, safe and responsible at home. We would love to see pictures of your child practicing these skills at home! We ask that you send back Cubby washed and ready for the next child to take on a new adventure!

Infinite Campus/ Instructional Fees:

Instructional Fees are $17.50. Payment can be made by cash, check or money order. Checks should be made payable to Gahanna Jefferson Public Schools and returned to the preschool secretary, Mary Ann Stevens. Please write your student’s name and building in the memo portion of your check.

Hispanic Heritage Month is observed from September 15 - October 15. This month celebrates and recognizes the contributions Hispanic and Latino Americans have made to American society and culture and to honor five of our Central American neighbors who celebrate their Independence days in September.

LATE PICK UP FEES

Parents/Guardians of peer model(s) who pick up their child after the scheduled pick-up time will be charged a late fee equal to $1.00 per minute, per child. Teachers will be asked to complete a Late Pick Up Acknowledgement form for parents/guardians who pick up their child after the scheduled pickup time. Parents/Guardians will be asked to sign the Late Pick Up Acknowledgement form and will be given a copy before leaving the preschool with their child. The fee must be paid in cash or check to the receptionist at Clark Hall, 380 Granville St., Suite B. Gahanna, Ohio 43230 before the child can be admitted back to their preschool class. If there are more than six violations, then your child may be dismissed from the program.
