At Three Rivers, the safety of our students and staff is our top priority. We want to make sure families know exactly how we will communicate in different situations:

Emergency Situations During the School Day

• Parents will receive School Messenger emails and phone calls.

• If ongoing updates are needed, the district website will switch to a “dark site” where only live, pertinent emergency information will be displayed and updated in real time.

• Social media will only be used to remind families where to find updates. It will not be a main communication tool during an emergency.

Non-Emergency Situations (inclement weather, event changes, etc.)

• Families will receive School Messenger emails, phone calls, and social media updates.

• The district website will display a banner alert with the next steps and any changes.

• All automated calls will come from 513-824-7348. Please do not call this number back. If you miss the call, you will also receive both a voicemail and an email.
