Memorial Day Assembly

Above is a picture of part of our memorial Day Assembly. The 25 chairs each represent a soldier from Lunenburg who never returned home while fighting for our freedom. The Lunenburg Girl scouts placed a red carnation on the empty chair in their memory.

All library books must be returned or replacement cost turned in by SENIOR OBLIGATION DAY to receive your Cap and Gown for graduation. A list of books still owed by seniors will be given to the office soon. An email has been sent this morning to any senior with books currently checked out from the LMHS library. Email notices for overdue books have been sent weekly to your school email or you can log into your Destiny account through Clever. If you have any questions, please stop by or contact Mrs. Vallee at pvallee@lunenburgschools.net. And you might have books NOT checked out - that seemed to happen a lot when classes came down while I was teaching. Please return ANY library books you may have!

SENIORS CAN ACCESS GOOGLE ACCOUNTS THROUGH JULY 31

Senior accounts will now be open until July 31st. After that they will be deleted. If you'd like to keep a couple documents or most of your files, there are steps you can take. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Vallee at pvallee@lunenburgschools.net or the IT Department at help@lunenburgschools.net

  • You can't simply share from your school Google account to a personal Google account, because access will be lost once the original school account is deleted.
  • If you only have a few folders or individual documents (like a resume or great essay you wrote) you'd like to keep, you could download each one to your home computer.
  • You can also follow the steps in this How to Transfer or Download Google Files guide -https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gwQNEK5XYWoW3HmoyDHG7CDdc_XXCqUCG6zNN0i2Q4E/edit?usp=sharing

France Switzerland Trip

For any students still interested in signing up for the France/Switzerland trip, there will be a virtual meeting on Wednesday, June 3rd at 6pm. This meeting is intended for any students, parents, or guardians who have not yet attended.

This is a virtual Zoom meeting.

Spring Jazz Concert will be on May 27th at 6pm

For those in the jazz bands, our , students should arrive at 5:30pm. All concert clothing is the same as usual for that concert with white tops/black bottoms and ties if wearing a button-up shirt. Come out and support some great jazz musicians!

Choir and Band Spring Concerts will be on May 28th.

Band and Choir Members

The Choir concert starts at 5:30 and students should arrive at 5pm and the Band concert starts at 7pm, with students arriving at 6:15pm.

Please make sure students promptly get to LMHS at their designated arrival times, as we need to take attendance, warm-up, and make sure they all are prepared before they perform. Concert attire for the choir and band concerts are the same as the winter concert with white tops/black bottoms and ties if wearing a button-up shirt. More details about concert attire and what students should bring to the concert is attached to this email. As a reminder, to remain in good standing with band or choir so students can attend the Trills and Thrills Music Festival, they must attend the Spring Concert they're playing/singing in. We can't put on a great show without all members present!

If you have any questions, need help arranging carpooling, getting concert clothing, or to double check the information I've provided, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Have a great day and hope to see you all on May 27 for jazz and May 28th for choir and band!
