The crisp fall air is here! Saskatchewan mornings can be chilly, and we don’t know if there will be rain, shine, or snow. Please help your child dress for the changing weather by sending warm layers each day so they can stay cozy and ready for outdoor play.

Get ready for some spooky fun—our Halloween Dance is happening on Thursday, October 29th from 5:30–7:00 p.m.! Students are invited to come with their families for music, dancing, and treats. Costumes are welcome, but please make sure they are school-appropriate, easy to move in, and safe for all students.

Now that we’re settling into the school year, it’s the perfect time to build good routines. Going to bed on time, waking up a little earlier, and arriving at school on schedule help students start the day with energy and confidence. A positive attitude each morning sets the tone for great learning and fun with friends!

We can’t wait to see everyone’s smiling faces—and creative costumes—at the dance!

Band is off to a great start this year! Mrs. Ginter and the Grade 5 students were able to participate in the Sask Rivers Beginner Band Clinic last September 28th. This was a wonderful opportunity for students to learn the basics of instrument assembly, care, and how to play the first few notes on their instrument from expert instructors!

There are children in our school with severe life-threatening food allergies to nuts and peanuts. Although this may or may not affect your child’s class directly, we ask that any foods you send to school with your child be free from nut or peanut products. Before school—student drop off at 8:20 am.

Drop off students at their playground (division 1, 2 or 3)

The supervisor will let them in the school when the bell goes at 8:35 am

Student’s arriving prior to 8:35 am will be directed to walk to their division door (muster point).

If your child is late, arriving later than 8:35 am: Student comes in the front door. Please remind your child to make sure their name gets marked down to avoid the attendance call out

After school at 3:00 pm:

Pick up your student at 3:00 pm sharp at their division door

Pick up at designated division door/playground

ABSOLUTELY NO DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP OF STUDENTS IN THE STAFF PARKING LOT!
