IMPORTANT DISMISSAL INFORMATION! IMPORTANT DISMISSAL INFORMATION!

Parents/Guardians MUST have 24-25 KAE Pick-Up Tags at Dismissal Parents/Guardians MUST have 24-25 KAE Pick-Up Tags at Dismissal

New Month = New Teacher Rotation

We will be rotating teachers through dismissal areas each month. This means that it will be a new crew of faces outside calling on the walkie talkie. It is crucial for parents/guardians/car services to have the OFFICIAL 24-25 KAE PICK-UP TAG at dismissal. The pick-up tag is how we acknowledge that the individual has permission to pick up the student. (Hand-made signs are not accepted.)

To ensure student safety, students will only be released to adults with the proper tag. Anyone attempting to pick-up a student without the official KAE tag will be asked to enter the building and show ID for verification of pick-up permissions.

Beginning September 9th Beginning September 9th

Only visitors with a confirmed slot in Sign-Up Genius will be permitted to eat lunch with their student.

Parents/Guardians will sit with your student(s) in our covered picnic area (weather permitting). In the event of inclement weather, parents may eat lunch with their student(s) in the cafeteria at designated tables. We are only able to accommodate a limited number of lunch guests each day, so we ask that parents limit your lunch visits to allow all parents the opportunity to visit.
