Nobody does Halloween like Providence Hall! We are ghouling up for a big day on Friday, October 31st (yes, for once we give them the candy and then you keep them for two days before sending them back HAHA). The fun starts at 9am grade levels walk from the Elementary campus, down Patriot Ridge Dr, through the church parking lot (where you are welcome to stake a spot and watch / take pictures as your student walks by), into and out of the High School campus, across the street (thanks Officer Arnn) to the Junior High, and back up Patriot Ridge to the Elementary school by 10:15 or so. After that, chances are your child's teacher has something fun planned involving learning games and treats. Thank you to all the teachers for preparing the fun and for all the parents who will be supporting them.

¡Nadie celebra Halloween como Providence Hall! Nos estamos vistiendo de fantasmas para un gran día el viernes 31 de octubre (sí, por una vez les damos los dulces y luego se los guardan dos días antes de devolverlos, ¡jaja!). La diversión comienza a las 9 a. m., cada grado camina desde la escuela primaria, baja por Patriot Ridge Dr, pasa por el estacionamiento de la iglesia (donde puedes reservar un lugar y observar/tomar fotos mientras tu hijo pasa), entra y sale de la escuela secundaria, cruza la calle (gracias, oficial Arnn) hasta la secundaria, y regresa por Patriot Ridge hasta la escuela primaria alrededor de las 10:15 a. m. Después, es probable que el maestro de su hijo tenga algo divertido planeado con juegos educativos y golosinas. Gracias a todos los maestros por organizar la diversión y a todos los padres que los apoyarán.

Parents, we are so excited to see your kiddo in costume on Friday! We ask, as always, that costumes do not include masks (we want to see their cute faces). Also please refrain from anything gory or super terrifying - remember even if your 5th grader is into demogorgons, there are 5 year olds at our campus who are easily frightened. Lastly, try to ensure costumes don't get in the way of normal, everyday functions at school (going to the bathroom, playing on the playground, sitting in a desk, etc). Thank you!

Padres, ¡estamos muy emocionados de ver a sus hijos disfrazados el viernes! Les pedimos, como siempre, que los disfraces no incluyan máscaras (queremos ver sus adorables caritas). También, por favor, absténganse de cualquier cosa sangrienta o súper aterradora; recuerden que, aunque a su hijo de 5.º grado le gusten los demogorgones, hay niños de 5 años en nuestro campus que se asustan fácilmente. Por último, asegúrense de que los disfraces no interfieran con las actividades cotidianas de la escuela (ir al baño, jugar en el patio, sentarse en un escritorio, etc.). ¡Gracias!

The students have done an amazing job at fundraising! We have far exceeded our goal of $15k and we are we have already obtained quotes on the rock wall! Thank you for your generosity and support in this effort.

We are proud to announce that Providence Hall will be holding a Veterans Day Assembly to honor the brave men and women who have served or are currently serving in the armed forces. This special event is a meaningful opportunity for our school community to come together and express our gratitude for their sacrifice and dedication.

If your child has a family member who is serving or has served in the military, we would love to include them in our tribute. Please take a moment to fill out our short survey so we can recognize them during the assembly.

Parents, as we inch closer to cold and flu season please keep in mind the Providence Hall policy regarding when to keep your child home. These policies are in place to protect your child and all the other children in the schools.

Payment Processing Update (Effective 10/1/2025): For payments made through e~Funds, Providence Hall will continue to cover fees for ACH (Direct Debit) payments, but parents will be responsible for credit/debit card transaction fees ($2.95 per $100). To avoid extra costs, we encourage families to use ACH Direct Debit payments.
