We wrapped up another great week at Jack and stepped into October today! What a great way to move into our next month of school on a Friday. This month is pretty busy as we are gearing up for our Jack Jubilee on the 22nd. For those of you that are new to Jack, this is our annual fall festival that is filled with fun. We hope you can join us on that Friday from 5:30-7:30. Also, please mark your calendars for October 14th and 15th. We will be releasing early on the 14th and on October 15th we have fall break, please see information below. Have an awesome weekend!

Our Jack PTA provides resources and opportunities for learning experiences, volunteering, and just plain fun! Please consider joining by going to http://www.jointpta.org. We love our amazing PTA and the support they provide for our Patriots!

We have an exciting event this Saturday at Boulter Middle School. The annual Punt, Pass, and Kick event is back and we have several representatives that will be participating from Jack! The district also hosts other events for PE throughout the year. Please see the list below:

Punt, Pass, and Kick- October 2, 9am-11am, Boulter Middle School

PE Showcase- November 16, 6:30pm-7:30pm, Rose Stadium

Hoop Shoot- March 26, TBA, Tyler High School

Elementary Track Meet- May 23, TBS, Three Lakes, Boulter, Legacy and Tyler High

This year TISD has implemented a few breaks in our schedule where we have early release and no school on Friday. Coming up soon on October 14th, we will be releasing car riders and walkers at 12:30 and buses will run at 1:00. Please mark your calendars on this day. Also, we will be closed on October 15 for fall break. Thanks!
