CHAMPION RINGS
Champions & Finalists in each age group of the USA 'C' World Series Classic will be awarded rings.
3rd & 4th place finish will be awarded medals.
Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place.
A service fee of $7.00 will apply when paying for tournament by card.
IF PAYING BY CHECK - PLEASE NOTE:
2. Late checks will NOT be accepted.
3. An additional $50.00 charge will be applied for any bounced checks.
TOURNAMENT COMPLEX INFORMATION
08U, 10U, 16U & 18U will be played at Adair & Legacy
12U & 14U will be played at Blue Valley & OGSA

***DAILY INDIVIDUAL ADMISSION FEE***
- $10.00 for Adults
- $5.00 for Seniors (55+) & Kids (13-17)
- Kids 12 and under are free
Teams are required to be available to play all 3 days of the tournament
We cannot accommodate special requests due to event time frame
TOURNAMENT RULES INCLUDE:
- USA Rules for Batting Roster (Bat Roster, Bat 9 with subs, DPFLEX)
- 8UC - 10UC - 12UC is 6 Runs per team / per inning
- Special rules for 8U & 10U (see rules in "downloads" section)
- Home / Away for ALL games based on coin flip.
- Multiple Brackets where 20 or more teams are registered in a division.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
- TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AVAILABLE TO PLAY ALL 3 DAYS OF THE TOURNAMENT.
- 5 game format with 3 pool games Friday and double elimination bracket Sat/Sun.

- Teams must be prepared with up to 15 bags to trade.
***COACHES CHECK-IN***
Coaches can also chose to check-in at the fields where they play their first game on Friday.
***TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE***
THURSDAY EVENING - JULY 16th
- BEACH PARTY @ LONGVIEW LAKE (more details above)
- FREE to all Teams in the World Series and their families!
FRIDAY - JULY 17th
- All pool games will be played on Friday
- Games will be played all day - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
SATURDAY - JULY 18th
- Bracket play will begin at 9 am
SUNDAY - JULY 19th
- Bracket play continues & completes with Championship Play
2 FREE SOFTBALLS WITH COMPLETED ROSTER (pending availability!)
- Teams must have a completed roster on www.tournamentmvp.com in order to receive 2 free softballs at tournament check-in.
To qualify as a "completed roster", your "Player List/Roster" must have all current players and pick-up players listed.
INSURANCE & USA SOFTBALL TEAM REGISTRATION REQUIRED
All Teams are required to have insurance coverage from USA Softball or get pre-approval on an insurance policy.
This is a USA Softball of Kansas City event and is open to any USA Softball registered team.
ALL COACHES ARE REQUIRED to have completed the following items for 2026:
- BACKGROUND CHECK THROUGH USA SOFTBALL
- SAFE SPORT CERTIFICATION (free through USA SOFTBALL)
Visit ks.registerplay.com Create your account and team name and then invite your coaches to your team thru the email link you'll see in the system. Assistant coaches will be able to create their account and do their Background Check & SafeSport and will be linked to your team.
You do not have to enter your players into this system at this time, coaches only.

- If a team drops before the registration deadline has passed there will be a full refund.
- If a team drops on July 9th or later, there will be no refund as the schedule will already be in process.
Awards will only be presented based on bracket play.
