What's Happening In Waterville
It was a great week at Waterville! We want to thank the Marshall County Sheriff's Office for speaking to our students about Red Ribbon Week and the importance of living a drug free life. They gifted students goodie bags and and t-shirts! The highlight of the presentation was Super Dog visiting!
Students had a blast walking to downtown Waterville to trick or treat. Thank you to all who helped make this a special parade for them! Students returned to school and had their Halloween parties!
The Scholastic Book Fair is this Wednesday, November 4th from 5:30-7:30 at the Waterville Grade School. A free will donation spaghetti supper will be served as well. We hope to see you there!

Blue Rapids Elementary
It's all blue skies in Blue Rapids
It has been an exciting week at Blue Rapids Elementary. On Wednesday the Marshall County sheriffs office paid a special visit to the building in support of Red Ribbon week. They passed out shirts and gave a special anti-drug presentation. Halloween festivities were a success on Friday with the students and staff showing great Halloween spirit by dressing up and participating in fun classroom activities. The students also participated in a Halloween parade around the square/circle. The Blue Rapids staff and students would like to wish the cross-country and football student athletes and coaches all the best in the playoffs. It's a great week to be a mustang!!
As always, thank you for the privilege and blessing that it is to work with your children. My door is always open if you have any concerns or you need to visit.

Happy Birthday Mrs. Young!
Mrs. Young is celebrating her birthday on November 8th. She likes to snack on skinny stick pretzels, regular or salted caramel Twix and drinking coffee or Dr. Pepper. She enjoys eating at El Tapatio and Texas Roadhouse. If Mrs. Young could travel anywhere, she would go back to Alaska and fish again. Have a great birthday!
