Children must turn 5 by August 1, 2026 to attend kindergarten in the fall.

The first kindergarten information night will be held on January 8, 2026 from 6:00-7:00 at the preschool. This night is for families of children who turn 5 between January 1, 2026 and August 1, 2026. Kindergarten teachers will attend and share information about the kindergarten day. This information can help families make decisions on what may be best for their child for the 2026-2027 school year. Our Young 5s program is a great option for those children who are not quite ready for kindergarten.

For those families with children going to kindergarten in the fall of 20256 your child's elementary building will have kindergarten orientation and open house in August. Children turning the age of 6 between January 1, 2026and December 31, 2026 must go to kindergarten.

At Lists for Learning, we believe that resources can greatly impact the classroom environment and make your child's learning experience the best it can be! Ask your child's teacher for details. (We also have a schoolwide building list to add to our shared supplies and books.)
