Happy New Year from the Staff.
The staff hopes that all of our students and families had a warm and relaxing Christmas filled with family and friends.
As we go into the New Year we wish everyone a joyous 2026.
This edition of our newsletter highlights the great activities of our students and staff during December with a few notes on upcoming events in January.

No better way to start the Christmas Holidays than with a parade and sing along with our students and families.

Heritage Riders Donation
Our Flexible Learning Center received an early Christmas gift from the Heritage Riders in the form of a $2500 donation towards the purchase of sensory equipment.
Food Bank Donation
Happy Tree Donation
Our Kindergartens held a shopping day to raise money for The Happy Tree. Families sent in new or gently used items that children could purchase for their families. Together, we raised $134.00 for local children. Lots of meaningful discussion was had on being grateful for what we have and always being willing to help others and fill someone else's bucket whenever we can.

Farm to Cafeteria Canada
The school has been awarded a Dig In! Seed Grant from Farm to Cafeteria Canada at a value of $3000. Our goals with this grant is to increase our school community's awareness of practices to increase food sustainability and provide our youth with access to fresh produce.
We are excited to purchase a Tower Garden and place vegetable bins in front of the school. Stay tuned for updates.
