1. Shared Vision – Building Together

Projects are not just funding applications—they are platforms for a shared vision and collective action.

When organizations from different countries, sectors, and cultural backgrounds join forces, they bring diverse perspectives that lead to stronger, more inclusive, and more sustainable outcomes. A shared vision ensures that projects are aligned not only with EU priorities but also with the real needs of local communities. This synergy transforms ideas into action and action into measurable impact.

At Project Factory, we believe that a shared vision is the cornerstone of long-term collaboration and true transformation.

👉 Are you ready to design your next project with a shared vision? Join Project Factory today—and let’s co-create meaningful impact together.

2. Why We Should Work Together – Complementary Strengths

The real power of collaboration lies in complementary strengths.

An individual organization can create change, but partnerships multiply the impact.

Imagine: a VET institution in Poland contributing strong expertise in technical skills, while a digital inclusion NGO in TĂĽrkiye brings deep knowledge of disadvantaged groups. Together, they co-create projects that are innovative, inclusive, and transformative.

The European Commission emphasizes that the most successful projects are built on partnerships where each member contributes their unique knowledge, skills, and networks.

At Project Factory, we believe in partnerships that go beyond transactions—we aim for transformational collaboration that adds long-term value, visibility, and relevance.

👉 Let’s combine our strengths. Get in touch and let’s explore new project opportunities together.

3. Strategic Priorities – Where We Focus

Partnerships are truly powerful when they are built around clear priorities.

Today, the European project landscape is shaped by five strategic pillars: inclusion and diversity, digital transformation, green transition and sustainability, youth and women’s empowerment, and cross-sector collaboration in culture, sports, and research. These are not just EU policy terms—they are pressing global challenges that demand collective solutions.

At Project Factory, we align our work with these priorities to design initiatives that are both forward-looking and deeply rooted in real needs. By focusing on these themes, our partnerships create projects that resonate with funders, policymakers, and, most importantly, communities.

Whether it is advancing AI in education, promoting sustainable green skills, or empowering marginalized youth, we are committed to ensuring that every project delivers tangible and meaningful outcomes.

👉 If your organization is active in these areas, let’s connect and co-create projects that truly matter.

4. Roadmap – From Trust to Sustainability

Strategic partnerships are not built overnight—they follow a roadmap.

In the first year, partners establish trust through small-scale projects and short-term collaborations. By the second year, they expand capacity, explore larger programmes, and reach new communities. In the third year and beyond, partnerships are consolidated, institutionalized, and embedded into long-term strategies. This progressive journey ensures that collaboration remains sustainable—not opportunistic.

At Project Factory, we guide and support our partners at every stage of this roadmap: beginning with co-developing ideas, moving into writing and coordinating proposals, and finally focusing on scaling results. This pathway from trust to sustainability builds a resilient ecosystem where every partner grows stronger over time.

👉 Are you ready to start this journey with us? Let’s set a roadmap together and create long-term impact.

5. Expected Results – What We Achieve Together

The true measure of a partnership is the results it delivers.

Strong collaborations lead to more funded projects, reaching wider groups of young people, women, and disadvantaged communities. They generate outputs that are visible across Europe and influence policy, ensuring that local voices are heard at EU level.

At Project Factory, our experience proves that powerful partnerships consistently deliver measurable outcomes: greater employment opportunities, stronger digital skills, deeper social inclusion, and a reinforced European identity. The value is not short-lived—it is long-lasting, transforming institutions and communities for years to come.

👉 Let’s turn ideas into measurable results. Partner with Project Factory and create impact that lasts.

6. The Perspective of “We” – Moving Beyond “I”

True transformation begins when we move beyond “I” and “you” and embrace the power of “we.”

Strategic partnerships thrive on collective ownership, shared responsibility, and mutual trust. When partners work as “we,” they share not only resources and expertise but also challenges and risks. This mindset unlocks deeper collaboration, greater resilience, and the ability to deliver more ambitious projects with lasting impact.

At Project Factory, we actively promote this collaborative perspective, because we believe that together, we can achieve far more than any single organization could ever accomplish alone.

👉 Are you ready to embrace the “we” perspective? Let’s shape this journey together.

7. Long-Term Collaboration Models – Beyond Projects

Partnerships should not end with one or two projects—they must evolve into long-term collaboration models to create true impact.

This means moving beyond short-term goals and building structures such as joint project offices where staff from different countries work side by side, cross-staff exchanges that enhance learning and capacity, thematic working groups addressing sector-specific challenges, and social innovation labs that experiment with bold new ideas.

By institutionalizing collaboration, organizations ensure that their partnerships are no longer tied to a single funding cycle, but instead become part of a sustained ecosystem. At Project Factory, we actively champion these models and have already begun piloting initiatives such as shared talent pools and joint dissemination platforms. These approaches not only strengthen the immediate consortium but also open doors for ongoing cooperation with new partners.

👉 Let’s go beyond projects—and build a resilient partnership ecosystem together.

1. Introduction – Why We Need Country Representatives

The Project Factory is building one of the most ambitious international project ecosystems in Europe. Our vision is not only to prepare and submit Erasmus+ projects but also to design a network of networks, where each country brings together its strongest organisations and connects them to a continental structure. To achieve this, we are seeking Country Representatives who will serve as national coordinators, building and managing mini-networks of partners in their own countries.

Why is this so important? Because European projects are no longer about isolated collaborations. Success depends on forming strong, balanced and diverse consortia. A single organisation may have excellent ideas, but without a structured network behind it, those ideas struggle to achieve the scale needed for impact and funding. This is where Country Representatives come in.

As a representative, you will become the bridge between your country and Europe, ensuring that your institutions are not just participants but leaders. You will be responsible for mobilising NGOs, universities, schools, municipalities, sports clubs and other key actors in your country. Together, these actors will form a mini-network that plugs directly into our international ecosystem.

In practical terms, this means more visibility for your organisation, more opportunities for your partners, and more successful project approvals for your country. The role of a Country Representative is both strategic and operational: strategic because you shape how your country is represented, and operational because you ensure documents, mandates, and applications are completed on time.

This is not just about being a contact person; it is about becoming a national hub for innovation, collaboration, and success in EU projects.

2. Your Role as a Country Representative

As a Country Representative, your role is both simple and powerful. You will be the national coordinator for your country within the Project Factory ecosystem. What does this mean in practice?

First, you will build a mini-network in your country consisting of 5–7 organisations. These can be NGOs with social missions, schools or universities with strong educational capacity, municipalities eager to expand international cooperation, or sports organisations with grassroots influence. Your job is to bring them together, unify their efforts, and connect them to the broader European consortium.

Second, you will coordinate your national partners across two major tracks: Erasmus+ KA220 projects and Erasmus+ Sport (SCP) projects. Each comes with different opportunities. KA220 projects require structured cooperation partnerships, while SCP projects provide flexibility and volume – there is no limit to how many SCP applications we can submit.

Third, you will take charge of documentation and compliance. You will ensure that your partners provide PIC/OID numbers, mandate forms, and financial documents on time. Without these, even the strongest project ideas cannot move forward.

Finally, you will be the voice of your country in project design, dissemination and sustainability. You will ensure that your local needs, policies, and innovations are reflected in the international proposals. In this way, your work will not only help projects succeed but also guarantee that the solutions we develop are relevant for your national context.

In short, as a Country Representative you will:

  • Build and manage a local mini-network.

  • Ensure smooth communication and document flow.

  • Shape your country’s role in international projects.

  • Gain visibility as both a leader and a connector.

3. Why This Matters – The Consortium Strategy

At the heart of this initiative lies a clear and ambitious strategy: to maximise project success rates by structuring consortia intelligently.

For Erasmus+ KA220 projects, we are preparing 35 applications in total. Each participating country will contribute 7 organisations, and each organisation will serve as applicant once. This design ensures balance, fairness, and shared leadership. From this pool, the expected result is between 7–11 accepted projects per country. This means that every Country Representative will directly influence multiple successful applications.

The Erasmus+ Sport SCP projects add an even bigger opportunity. Unlike KA220, there is no cap on the number of applications. This allows us to aim higher: each country representative can mobilise their national sports networks—clubs, federations, associations—and feed them into the consortium. With this model, we project 20+ successful sport projects across the network.

The key idea is simple: by connecting mini-networks from each country into one continental structure, we create a Network of Networks. This significantly increases acceptance rates. Why? Because evaluators in Brussels see not just isolated organisations, but carefully designed, diverse, and robust partnerships. They see evidence that projects will have impact, reach, and sustainability.

In short, the consortium strategy is designed to multiply results. Instead of random collaborations, we are building planned partnerships where each representative plays a crucial role.

This is why your involvement matters so much—your work at the country level determines how many projects we can submit, how strong they will be, and ultimately, how many will be funded.

4. Timeline

To ensure clarity, we are working with a precise and realistic timeline.

  • Writing Phase: 1 September 2025 – 15 January 2026
This four-and-a-half-month period is when all project drafts will be prepared. Each Country Representative will coordinate their local partners to ensure ideas, data, and documents are delivered on time.

  • Completion of Drafts: 15 January 2026
By this date, all 35 KA220 and SCP project drafts must be ready in final form. This ensures there is a full six weeks before submission for final reviews, adjustments, and compliance checks.

  • Submission Deadline: 5 March 2026
All proposals must be uploaded to the official Erasmus+ platform by this date.

This timeline is not arbitrary—it is designed to give us enough time for AI-supported writing (with ChatGPT-5), peer-review, and quality assurance. The timeline also reflects how we spread the workload: every representative knows exactly when they must act, and every deadline is clear.

5. Benefits for Representatives

Becoming a Country Representative is not just a responsibility—it is an opportunity to elevate your organisation and your country’s role in European projects.

As a representative, you will:

  • Gain visibility as applicant or co-applicant in multiple proposals.

  • Secure a national coordinator role in 5–10 proposals, positioning your organisation at the center of your country’s European strategy.

  • Expand your network by directly connecting with dozens of organisations from across Europe.

  • Ensure your country’s institutions have guaranteed places in accepted projects.

  • Access a share of project budgets for your organisation and national partners.

The long-term benefit is even greater: your institution will become known not only as a project participant, but as a national hub for European cooperation. This reputation will open doors to future calls, partnerships, and funding opportunities.

By joining this initiative, you are not just helping to prepare projects—you are helping to shape the future of collaboration in Europe. You will be a pioneer in building the Network of Networks model, ensuring that your country is fully represented and fully engaged.

In summary, this role brings recognition, resources, and responsibility. It is a chance to step forward, lead, and make a lasting impact.
