"When thinking about who exemplifies the traits of the HULK Award daily, one name sprang to mind: Leslie Harshbarger. Leslie is passionate about her students and is willing to do everything in her power to maximize their learning experiences. Her creativity and drive have been fun to watch (and hear) through the shared space behind our classrooms. Leslie is always working with small groups, encouraging her students to push harder, and giving them unique & engaging learning opportunities through the coffee cart and monthly lunches. They are baking weekly and sometimes my students stop what they are doing to smell and try to figure out what is in the oven.

Leslie is always pushing herself to learn more, create more, do more. She pours her passion for learning and creating into her students through the hands-on, life skill based projects she incorporates into her classroom. Leslie sets her mind to accomplishing a task and she does it! She is a Monster for Our Students and I am happy to nominate her for the HULK award.”

The Family Portal provides a central location for you to access your child's ILEARN results. An email was sent out with your student's unique Access Code for the Family Portal on Monday, 9/29/25. The Halloween dance is Friday, October 31st from 3:00p-4:30p. Please note that we are shortening the dance to end at 4:30p to allow time for those planning to trick-or-treat!

We are thrilled to announce that we will once again be hosting our Annual Community Trick-or-Treat event! This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome our community members and students on to campus for a safe and fun Halloween experience.

Here are the event details:

• Date: Thursday, October 30th

• Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

• Location: Cascade High School Football Field

We look forward to another fantastic night with our students and families!
