RALSTON RAM VARSITY FOOTBALL CAMP 2026
- Who: 9‑12th‑grade boys interested in RHS football
- When: July 21‑23 & July 27‑30, 6:30‑9:00 AM (Mon‑Thu)
- Where: Speck Nelson Stadium, Ralston HS
- Cost: $50 (check payable to RHS Football)

Grow with Girl Scouts
Girls in Pre-K through 3rd grade are invited to explore, create, play, and GROW!
Fun activities for girls Pre‑K – 3rd grade; parents learn about joining Girl Scouts. Current Scouts may bring a non‑member friend.

Classes start at $10 per week.
ActivStars Cheerleading
Join the Team! ActivStars is offering a 16-week cheer program for boys and girls ages 4–15. Students will learn jumps, stunts, and dance choreography in a team-building environment.
When: Thursdays, Jan 29th – May 21st
Where: Trinity UMC / Johnson Comm Center (8009 Q St)
Cost: Classes start at $10/week (+ $15 registration fee)
Schedule: * JV (Ages 4-6): 6:00–6:45 p.m.
Varsity (Ages 7-9): 6:45–7:30 p.m.
All Stars (Ages 10+): 7:30–8:30 p.m.

District Vocal Music Festival
The District Vocal Music Festival is Tuesday, March 3rd, at 7:00 pm. Performances will include vocal music students from Ralston High School, Ralston Middle School, and Sixth Dimension.

Ralston Ram Youth Football Camp 2026
Who: Open to any student entering grades 3–8.
When: July 21, 22, and 23 (Tuesday–Thursday) from 9:30 am – 11:00 am.
Where: Ralston High School at Speck Nelson Stadium.
Cost: $35 per participant.

District Band Festival
The District Band Festival is Tuesday, March 10th, at 7:00 pm. This event brings all band students together to perform for each other and their families. Scholarship presentations will also be made to some RHS senior band students.
RHS R-Pantry Open Fridays for Students
As a reminder to parents and students, Ralston High School has a Food Pantry (The R-Pantry) accessible for students across Ram Nation. Open every Friday, the pantry is accessible to students from 2:40 to 3:00 pm.
Available items include: non perishable food items and limited supply of personal hygiene products.
Community members and students from other RPS schools, are also able to access the R-Pantry by appointment. If you would like to set up a date and time to visit the pantry, please contact Andrea Hartman at andrea_hartman@ralstonschools.org.
One World Medical Mobile Health Center
The OneWorld Medical Mobile Health Center provides medical and behavioral services at the most convenient place for youth and their parents; near their school. They are always taking appointments; if your child is not feeling well, sports physicals, vaccinations, and well-checks.
Parents can schedule appointments by calling OneWorld at 402-880-4870. The Medical Mobile Unit's hours are 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.
