EBE HalloweenParade and PartiesOctober 30th, 2026

Dear EBE Parents/Guardians,

With Halloween just around the corner, we’d like to share a few reminders about our upcoming festivities at East Bradford. Our goal is to make sure all students have a fun, safe, and memorable celebration while following our school guidelines.

Please review the information below with your child.

Costumes

Students may wear their costumes for the entire school day. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • If your child plans to wear their costume all day, please make sure it is comfortable and appropriate for a full day of learning and activities.
  • If your child prefers not to wear their costume all day, please choose a costume that can easily be put on over regular clothing in the classroom. Students will not change costumes in the restrooms.
  • Not permitted: scary costumes, blood, gore, witches, mummies, skeletons, masks, or anything that covers the face.
  • Costume accessories, including fake weapons, are not permitted.
  • Hats are welcome as long as they follow the guidelines above.

Halloween Parade

Our Halloween Parade will begin promptly at 1:30 PM on the upper playground and will last approximately 20–25 minutes.

A few important reminders:

  • Families are welcome to watch the parade and may go directly to the upper playground beginning at 1:30 PM. There is no need to sign in at the main office.
  • For safety and security, please do not enter the school building before, during, or after the parade.
  • Parking is limited. Families are strongly encouraged to carpool and use available off-site parking at Copeland School Park.
  • Please exit the EBE parking lot before 2:40 PM so we can safely prepare for afternoon bus dismissal.
  • Each class will create and carry a sign displaying their teacher/class and grade level to help families spot their children during the parade.

Classroom Parties

  • Classroom celebrations will take place immediately following the parade.
  • Only designated homeroom parents will be permitted to attend classroom parties.

Let's get ready for a fun-filled day!
