Message from Principal Phelan
Dear Families,
I like to thank you for all your understanding and cooperation this school year. We had our share of challenges beginning with our reuniting during a pandemic, several COVID waves and protocol updates, relocating our school into two different locations in the middle of the winter and busing (maybe one of the biggest challenges). We enthusiastically tackled every new challenge with your support. The Lowell staff did a fantastic job of keeping focused on teaching and learning. All while providing students and each other with love and care. Our students proved again how resilient they indeed have become. We are proud of our students and staff.
Just before the school year ended, we held an end-of-the -ear School Site Council meeting to give an overview of Lowell school's progress. Below I'm attaching the Zoom meeting and the slides.
I hope you all enjoy a wonderful summer and get a chance to relax and recharge. I look forward to seeing you all again in September. Remember, no school supplies are needed this fall. Report Cards and i-Ready Parent Reports were sent home Friday, June 24th. Check your child's bag if you haven't received it yet. Class Placement letters will be emailed to you on August 1st. School begins on Tuesday, September 6th for grades 1-5 and September 7th for kindergarten.
