After School Rehearsals are REQUIRED - Unexcused = No Performance

FRIDAY - HC GAME (UPDATED TIMES)
- 4:45-5:45 DINNER BREAK
- 6:00 ROLL CHECK/INSPECTION
- 6:315/30 MARCH OVER, put water bottles and mums in stands
- warm up on track and set up for show (end of 1/3/4)
- 7:00 PRE GAME (emerald dancers first then us)
- at the end of the performance, front ensemble/guard and parents take stuff to band halls
- 7:30 GAME STARTS
- THE BAND WILL BE LEAVING AFTER HALFTIME
- 9:15 PM PARENT PICK UP AT CLHS
- 5:45 am band hall opens
- 6:20 am run through
- 6:50 end Runthrough, load trailer, get dressed etc.
- 7:45 depart
- 8:30 arrive/unload
- 9:35 warm up
- 10:15 perform
- 10:30 Video
- 10:45 pack up trailer and go back to school
- Noon ish ETA back at CLHS

11:45 am Band Hall Opens 12:30 Run Through 1:10 End and Pack Up the Watley 1:10-2:20 eat, get dressed etc. 2:30 Depart for Heroes 3:45 Arrive, Unload etc 4:45 Warm Up Starts 5:30 Perform 6:15 Results 6:30 Load Busses and head to Buccee's 8:30 ETA back at CLHS
