Class of 2027 What's Happening

At our class meeting today, Sofia Jaramillo and Noah Taylor were awarded the Ernest Jones Humanitarian Award for the Class of 2027!

The Ernest Jones Humanitarian Award recognizes students of all grade levels who have fostered good relationships among all students at KHS.

We are so proud to have Sofia and Noah represent the Class of 2027!

IP Intro - EdPuzzle Required

Happy New School Year! We are sending this email to all students signed up for Independent Period (IP). Here is how IP works. All sophomores and students new to IP should go to the library for their IP period during the first week of school.

All students enrolled in IP have ONE required assignment due during the first week of semester. This is an 8-minute Edpuzzle video. The assignment is available in the IP Schoology Course. We encourage you to do this before August 25 so that you have all necessary information, especially attendance procedures. Please stop by the library circulation desk during your IP if you have any questions.

A key change for this school year is that students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals will receive the Device Protection Plan at no cost.

Families must submit a new application each school year.

Students may also be eligible for other reduced costs at KHS if you qualify. Use the button above to complete your application online!
